This document is a work in progress and will be updated soon based upon community feedback.
Vision & Mission (Established)
Vision: All communities and organizations should have the tools and methods to make the best decisions possible - fair, fast, and fun.
Mission: Implement fractal decision-making processes throughout society via collaborative research, development, education, gamification, and community engagement.
Proposed Core Intents for 2025
Intent 1: Respect Game Implementation
- Focus on growing adoption and implementation of the Respect Game
- Support communities in deploying and benefiting from the game
- Measure success through:
- Number of active communities using the Respect Game
- Total participants playing regularly
- Frequency of games being played
- Contract interaction metrics
- Unique implementations and variations
- Qualitative feedback from participants
Intent 2: Respect Token Utilization
- Promote effective usage of Respect for governance and coordination
- Enable communities to leverage Respect for decision-making
- Measure success through:
- Number of decisions made using Respect
- Usage as reputation/identity system
- Integration with other tools and protocols (Cagendas, Hats, etc)
- Total value governed with Respect
- Amount delegated to Respect-based systems
- Qualitative feedback from participants
(funds distributed via fractals or to fractals or teams leading fractals could be good too, but idk where that would fit. also attraction, retention, and funding of builders who contribute to the implementation could be good to include as well. also video viewership, engagements, social media following- all of these are also good ways to measure our success)
Game Prompt Options
Primary Recommendation
"What did you do to help people enjoy the Respect Game, benefit from Respect, or implement fractal decision-making processes?"
Rationale:
- Encompasses both technical and social aspects
- Includes current focus (Respect Game) and long-term mission (fractal processes)
- Accessible to newer participants while maintaining depth
- Allows for various types of contributions
- Balances immediate tools with broader vision
Alternative Formulations
- "What did you do to help implement the Respect Game and help people benefit from Respect?"
- More focused on current tools
- Potentially more approachable for new participants
- "What did you do to promote adoption of prosocial games and reputation-based governance?"
- Broader scope for adjacent innovations
- May dilute core focus too much
- "What did you do to help build regenerative coordination systems?"
- Appeals to wider ecosystem
- Possibly too abstract
Strategic Goals
1. Participation & Growth
- Return to consistent 15-person attendance within 90 days

- Create comprehensive documentation
- Develop feedback systems
- Set specific development milestones
3. Educational Impact
- Establish educational resources
- Track knowledge transfer
- Measure implementation success rates
- Document case studies
4. Community Development
- Create structured onboarding processes
- Build feedback mechanisms
- Foster inter-community connections
- Support autonomous contribution paths
5. Funding & Sustainability
- Set funding targets
- Create value measurement frameworks
- Enable sustainable growth

Implementation Timeline
Phase 1: Technical Foundation (Q1 2025)
- Deploy ORDAO on Base
- Establish measurement systems
- Create basic documentation
Phase 2: Community Growth (Q2 2025)
- Scale participation
- Expand implementations
- Develop educational resources
Phase 3: Ecosystem Development (Q3-Q4 2025)
- Foster autonomous growth
- Enable community-led expansion
- Measure broader impact
Next Steps
- Confirm technical implementation details with Tadas
- Finalize game prompt and evaluation framework
- Establish initial metrics and tracking systems
- Create documentation structure
- Design community feedback mechanisms
This framework aims to balance immediate practical needs with long-term vision while maintaining flexibility for community input and evolution. All elements should be treated as proposals for discussion rather than final decisions.
