What are our products?

A product is any good, service, or idea that can be offered to a market to satisfy a want or need. It can encompass services, experiences, events, persons, physical items, places, properties, information, and ideas. In other words, what does Eden Fractal produce?

Who are our consumers?

A consumer is an individual or group who purchases or uses goods and services to satisfy personal needs or wants. This term encompasses the end users who engage with products or services, regardless of whether the transaction is financial or free. In other words, who consumes Eden Fractal’s products?

What are our target markets?

A target market is a specific group of potential consumers identified as the intended recipient of its marketing efforts, products, or services, based on shared characteristics such as demographics, interests, or needs. In other words, what group of potential consumers are we targeting?

What is our go-to-market strategy?

A go-to-market strategy outlines the plan for launching product offerings to the market, engaging with consumers, and deliver value to the target market. In other words, what will we build, who will we contact, and how will we collaborate with them?

Eric has interesting connections that i want to learn about

Arc and helping local communities and governments is key in relatively near future. The ARC initiative can greatly help towards this

I’m ok with orienting our mission towards the language that would help attract arc and others who might not be as interested in games. But there needs to be some aspect of playfulness in the mission and many of the products should be consensus games. Anyone who is serious about decision making knows that there needs to be an element of play or else the decisions won’t be any good
