Options to Consider
- Claude Project — Create a dedicated Claude project with all agreement context uploaded as project knowledge. Can be shared with collaborators if using Claude Team/Enterprise plan.
- ChatGPT Group Chat — Create a group chat where multiple people can collaborate on drafting. Good for real-time collaborative drafting.
- Both — Use Claude Project for deep research/drafting and ChatGPT group chat for collaborative review.
Steps
Decide which platform(s) to use based on team access and collaboration needs
Gather all curated materials from Review and Curate Historical Content About Community Agreements
Upload/share relevant Notion pages, transcripts, and draft documents into the chosen platform
Share key pages including the Agreement page, Genesis Fractal Contributor Agreement, and Draft Document: MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT of GENESIS FRACTAL, a TEXAS UNINCORPORATED NONPROFIT ASSOCIATION
Include context from video episode discussions (EF 37, EF 38, EF 45, OTH 37, OTH 38)
Invite relevant collaborators (Tadas, Timothy, etc.)
