Winning Vision from Week 77
Ecosystem of organizations, where organizations:
- Listen to their participants (democracy);
- Capture wisdom of the crowd efficiently;
- Avoids SNAFU principle by cultivating an environment of equals as opposed to a power hierarchy;
- Recognizes public goods and people who create them (awards);
- Helps reward contributors to public goods (rewards);
- Efficiently shares information and knowledge;
- Efficiently integrates information and knowledge;
- Prioritizes simplicity in it's structure (fractal);
- Promotes a friendly and fun environment participants;

Our vision is to teach fractal communities through the valuable, careful and efficient production of research and tools. Our vision is to maximize the productivity of social organizations around the world through efficient decision-making.
Dan’s Vision
We envision a world with countless thriving fractal communities playing fun consensus games to cooperate gracefully, create public goods, share amazing experiences, and achieve shared goals together.

Tadas’ Vision
Thriving ecosystem of communities where individuals are in harmony with their group decision-making process and the larger ecosystem.
Some of the signs that individuals are in harmony with the decision-making process and the larger ecosystem:
- Their voice is heard integrated;
- Individuals are truthful to each other (no SNAFU);
- Individuals feel recognized for their efforts;
- Individuals feel fairly rewarded for their efforts;
- Individuals understand the system (it is not too complicated for them to understand it);
- Individuals don't find it difficult to join communities;
- Individuals a free to leave communities;
- Individuals enjoy their experience in friendly and fun environment;
