- Is it just about decision making or also about experiences?
- I think that the experiences shared/created are just as or more important than the decisions made in many circumstances
- The sentence is rather long and difficult to remember. Can the phrase ‘should have the tools and methods available’ be more shorter?
- Maybe just tools?
- Maybe not just having it available?
- Should the fun, fair, and easy be in the first sentence?

- Their voice is heard integrated;
- Individuals are truthful to each other (no SNAFU);
- Individuals feel recognized for their efforts;
- Individuals feel fairly rewarded for their efforts;
- Individuals understand the system (it is not too complicated for them to understand it);
- Individuals don't find it difficult to join communities;
- Individuals enjoy their experience in friendly and fund environment;
