How should we package Eden Fractal’s products to help all communities and organizations optimize decision-making?
Game Intro
To start achieving our bold mission in the third year of Eden Fractal, I propose that we play a Fractal Pitches game at this week’s event where each participant will get the opportunity to practice a pitch to implement a fractal consensus process, such as the Respect Game.
Many people are interested in implementing the Respect Game and/or other fractal consensus processes into their community or organization. This often requires attaining buy-in from key stakeholders like community members, business owners, or other decision-makers who may not be aware of the benefits of fractal processes. This week’s Fractal Pitches game aims to help you practice your pitches to stakeholders and gain feedback from others in the Eden Fractal community.
Game Rules
In this game, each participant will get up to five minutes to pitch a product or service that facilitates fractal decision-making, such as the Respect Game. You can start by sharing your intended audience and offering to let us know what you’re aiming to achieve, then practice pitching to other participants at the event as if you’re offering it to your stakeholders. You’re welcome to interpret this loosely and there will be additional time for feedback towards the end of the event.
