I need help creating a document called 'Epoch 2 Implementation Plan: Fulfilling the Vision of Eden Fractal'. I just recorded the following 3 notes with detailed context and instructions for making this document:

Carefully follow the instructions in these three notes and create the document: 'Epoch 2 Implementation Plan: Fulfilling the Vision of Eden Fractal'.

I previously drafted a very early version of this document, which you can find in the following file:

In the three notes provided above I often cited the draft article and made improvements based on this draft. The draft is missing a lot but is helpful for inspiration and provides important context that is discussed in the three notes referred to above.

The EF 118 document is the transcript of the video from our most recent event where we discussed related topics and it inspired much of this newest document. The same is also true in the conversation with Tadas and the EC discussion below.

This is the original proposal that I made last year about Epoch 2 that inspired much of this. It is important
