Hey friends, here’s a topic proposal for today’s event. Hope to see you there at 16 UTC!
Goals and Governance
What should be the short term goals of Eden Fractal and how will we implement fractal decision-making processes this season?
In today’s event, each participant will take turns to share what they think should be the main goals of Eden Fractal over the next 90 days. It would be great to hear goals that follow up on our strategic discussions from last month and define our next steps to achieve our mission and vision. Feel free to also share updates about what you’ve been working on over the break or anything else that you think may be helpful to discuss.
To help lead the discussions, I’ll share plans for aligning Eden Fractal’s goals with the sixth round of Optimism Retro Funding, which is focused on collective governance. I’ll introduce some exciting plans for Optimism Fractal, ways that Eden Fractal can further synergize with Optimism, and goals to provide funding opportunities for governance enthusiasts who rally together to help implement fractal decision-making processes this season.
