This is a template to inspire discussion and help us hone in on Eden Fractal’s Strategy. It includes questions about defining the products, identifying consumers and target markets, and outlining our go-to-market strategy. Our strategy can be used to inform our mission, align our actions, and achieve our bold vision.

What are our products?
A product is any good, service, or idea that can be offered to a market to satisfy a want or need. It can encompass services, experiences, events, persons, physical items, places, properties, information, and ideas. In other words, what does Eden Fractal produce?
Our products are events, the tools, articles, hosting events, event recordings and production, personal consulting, teaching people through courses on how to run fractal communities

Who are our end user?
A consumer is an individual or group who purchases or uses goods and services to satisfy personal needs or wants. This term encompasses the end users who engage with products or services, regardless of whether the transaction is financial or free. In other words, who consumes Eden Fractal’s products?
Our consumers are a group of people including anyone interested in fractal democracy, any communities and organizations, web3 enthusiasts
What are our target markets?
A target market is a specific group of potential consumers identified as the intended recipient of its marketing efforts, products, or services, based on shared characteristics such as demographics, interests, or needs. In other words, what group of potential consumers are we targeting?

What is our go-to-market strategy?
A go-to-market strategy outlines the plan for launching product offerings to the market, engaging with consumers, and deliver value to the target market. In other words, what will we build, who will we contact, and how will we collaborate with them?
Working in web3 spaces such as Ethereum, EOS, and more web3. Also working with in-person communities. Applying for grants.
