How should we package Eden Fractal’s products to help all communities and organizations optimize decision-making?
In today’s event, each participant will take turns in sharing their idea of how Eden Fractal’s product should ideally be packaged. During last week’s episode, Eric shared an inspiring idea for a Store Box Game where we describe how our products look if we put them in a shelf in a store. I think this is a great idea… so let’s design the package for a product that helps grow communities and makes collective decision-making fair, fast, and fun!
The goal is to determine the best way of packaging our products to facilitate the implementation of fractal decision-making processes throughout society. Think about how the product should be named, where it should be displayed, how it will appear on a website, what the product offers, and how the packaging can clearly communicate its benefits and functionalities. If you don’t have ideas about the packaging for Eden Fractal’s products, feel free to let us know what kind of products may be most useful for you or however else we can help your community.
Discussion notes
Eric
Doing 3 areas of research to help and going from level to level
Levels: 1. Being able to capture someone’s mission and being able to link it to an IT projects
Level 2: Working on a doctoral research on: How do we build the culture and make those decisions - how do you add the people’s aspect
Level 3: Dissertation research on non-profits findings: experienced based marketing - build those customer experience and amplify them based on results to help people,
Eric is interested in following the below methodology
culture→strategy→structure

He likes the idea of spreading love, optimism and emotions. Mixing this with the artwork to create emotions about the Respect Game can create something special.
His aim: AI wrapped avatar to be wrapped in a city mascot
Rosmari
Discussions within the community and getting people’s opinions the way that Eden Fractal has been doing so far are of key importance.
Rosmari mentions that we can do the packaging depending on the audience and have variables of the product based on the criteria for consumption. We can define our USP - unique selling proposition and be really good at conveying what it is for different audience groups.
Dan
Build culture, games and coordination in real events is a brilliant idea
He’s looking for the best token standards to display Respect
Dynamically evolve with Respect - He’s excited about the high value offering of games, methods, and tools where voting with Respect can clearly convey the importance of community’s opinion.
Dan presented a Figma chart illustrating slides of how the fractal app can be designed to easily play games both, in-person and online.
Dan has gone through the below links for:
Hodlon and Bitbecker’s Product Design Requirements Document
DeFi NFTs | NFT Technology | NFT Gift Baskets | New NFT Protocols - Charged Particles
(9+) Build Optimism Fractal App
LuvLink® | Stay connected in a disconnected world
L2 Benchmarks & Comparisons - Usage, Growth, Fees, UX - Optimism (OP Mainnet, Base, Zora), Arbitrum
Deez
Deez shared an idea about Charged Particles (https://www.charged.fi/)
It consists of customisable NFT packages which can contain anything from coins, ENS, artwork, and much more.
He shared a Telegram bot idea to give a web3 pack which links to 2-3 web3 mirror articles and maybe people get 1 Respect point or anything related
If this fractal movement attracts people onchain, then maybe getting a token from Optimism Fractal or any other fractal, they’d have curiosity which will inspire them to join the events
Zaal
Interested in Eric’s research paper
Interested in implementing a fractal in Mode Network in collaboration with Deez
He’s interested in implementing the fractal app to use in the Z Talent community
Interested in beta testing on anything in development. Lots of opportunities to build a second or a third fractal. Interested in bringing people in fractals and starting to create a network effect coming to Eden Fractal and a lot more fractals.
Opportunity to scale. up and try out new communities
He’ll be hosting an event in Ashville at the end of June
He likes the idea of an in person event. Especially as an open mic opportunity / Live music
Candy
It will be good to organise casual in person event and do the fractal game, where they’d know what the game, the structure and how it operates. Sometimes reading game rules can be confusing, so experiencing something in real life first and then taking it into the PC based game, that can change perception.
She likes the Particles Article Mint one to give one to smebody
She also appreciates the ERC 6511? token as a person that goes online can find their tokens there from events they’ve attended
She’s interested in exploring a meme idea about paying off educational student loan with Crypto.
Deez is willing to collaborate on the student loan launch on Mode. He shared his telegram: @Deez333
Will
He’s excited about Eden Fractal’s progress.
