Highlights
Fractalgram
Tadas demonstrated Fractalgram, an innovative telegram web app that helps communities cooperate with fractally or Eden style consensus meetings. You can watch Tadas’ introduce the new app and demonstrate how it works at 1:19:18. You can view the timestamps below to navigate thoughtful discussions amongst several community members for the following half hour.
As we shared in last week’s show notes, you can read learn more about Fractalgram by reading the introductory blog post, watching Tadas share the first demo during last week 34, and joining the fractalgram telegram group. The app features smooth integrations with the Eden Fractal web app and you can hear about on-chain compatibility here. The client side code is totally open source, which you can see in the Github repository. You can see Tadas announce Fractalgram in the Eden Fractal telegram group here. This week Pascal also wrote a new article about Fractalgram on ThiagoRe. More details coming soon!
Telegram + Cagendas
Dan wrote an article and shared a presentation about using Telegram for live chat during meetings instead of the Zoom chat. The article includes plans to start new topic in the Eden Fractal telegram group, use telegram polls to facilitate cagendas games, and various other benefits of using telegram chat during weekly meetings. Delegate Proxy Proposal
Patrick shared a proposal to enable delegates to select proxies (or alternate delegates) to help make community decisions if/when delegates are not available. You can see Patrick introduce this proposal at 2:03:39 and the community share feedback afterwards. This proposal was partially inspired by Marco’s idea to give one of his votes to Eric at 1:24:16 in meeting 35 and was the main topic of discussion the the 6th Eden Fractal Brainstorming Session.
Interplanetary Unconference
Lisa introduced the Eden community to the Interplanetary Unconference that she’s organizing to foster innovation in Alien Worlds!
She introduced the Unconference planning sessions and invited the Eden community to collaborate in the beginning of the meeting (1:31) , then spoke more about her work with Alien Worlds at 19:29. Dan provided an introduction to Alien Worlds at 6:16, including links to AlienWorlds.io, the Alien Worlds Mindmap, and an article about Alien Worlds Fractal. You can watch the video of the first Unconference Planning Session that Lisa hosted with many cosmic community leaders on the following day and see notes from the meeting here. Pascal launched ThiagoRe, a web3 social media platform for EOS & Bitcoin content that’s empowered by fractal cooperation. The blogging platform enables creators to share content and interact with communities while earning Thiago tokens through an innovative, decentralized ‘UpLove' system!
You can watch Pascal introduce the new app and explain the synergies with Eden Fractal in the breakout room at 0:37:39. He shares the screen and provides an overview of the website at 0:43:56. Spanish Speaking Fractal
Jorge shared exciting updates about Fractal Hispano during this week’s Eden+Fractal breakout room, including collaborations with Eden Spark and the Spanish Eden!
The Spanish Speaking Fractal is focused on bringing fractal democracy to hundreds of millions of spanish speakers across the world with the power of EOS. After the meeting, Jorge invited the Eden Fractal community to join the Fractal Hispano telegram group and several community members have been collaborating in both communities.
